Reactr is operated by Equitymind Ventures. By using reactr.gg you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Recording a reaction is the part of Reactr with real consequences attached, so that is covered first.
You must be 13 or older to use Reactr and to record a reaction. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission before you record yourself.
You keep ownership of the reaction you record. Reactr does not claim your recording, and does not sell it.
To make the site work at all, you give Reactr permission to store your recording, process it into a clip, and show that clip back to you. This permission lasts only as long as the recording exists, and ends when you delete it.
If you tick the option to be featured, you additionally allow Reactr and the campaign your reaction belongs to to show your clip publicly, including on Reactr and in the campaign's own marketing. You can withdraw that by deleting the clip, though copies already shared by others are outside our control. If you do not tick it, your clip is not published by us.
By recording, you confirm that you are the person in the recording, or that everyone appearing in it has agreed to be there, and that what you record does not break the rules below.
You can delete a reaction at any time, during recording or afterwards. The full session recording is permanently deleted within 30 days regardless. See the privacy policy for what is captured and how long each piece is kept.

Trailers and creator reaction videos play through the standard YouTube embedded player. That video is served by YouTube, not by Reactr. When you watch it you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to what YouTube collects. Reactr does not download, re-host, or alter that video.
Reactr publishes pages that gather reaction videos creators have already made public on YouTube, with a link to the video and to the channel. If you are a creator, you can claim your profile page, or ask to be removed entirely, through the copyright and takedown page. Being listed does not mean you endorse Reactr, and it does not give Reactr any rights in your videos.
The Reactr Rating and the Reactr Verdict are Reactr's own measurements, derived from what creators said in their reaction videos. They are opinions expressed as numbers, not statements of fact about a film, and they are not YouTube metrics. The method is described on the methodology page. The scoring system itself, including its weightings, is Reactr's confidential property and is not licensed to anyone.
The Reactr name, logo, site design, editorial writing, and rating system belong to Equitymind Ventures. You may link to Reactr pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the catalogue, republish pages, or use Reactr content to train a model without written permission.
Film and cast information comes from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Reactr responds to copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Notices, counter-notices, and creator removal requests are handled on the copyright and takedown page.
Reactr is provided as it is, without warranty. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, that a clip will always render, or that any particular film or trailer will appear. We may change or discontinue any part of the service.
To the extent the law allows, Equitymind Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Reactr, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Reactr at any time, and delete your reactions when you do. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. The sections on ownership, liability, and copyright survive.
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and, where the change affects recording, the consent notice in the studio is updated and you are asked to agree again before your next reaction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in California.
