A fanatical cult resurrects Popeye, convinced they can bend his legendary strength to their will. Instead, he rises furious and uncontrollable, cutting a violent path through anyone who summoned him. As chaos spreads and the cult’s plan collapses, one determined survivor must confront the unstoppable sailor and end his rampage once and for all in this explosive finale.
