Inferno (2026)

Twenty years after a mysterious energy-gathering event, Dante remains haunted by what he witnessed that night. Withdrawn and unstable, he can no longer distinguish memory from hallucination. As his children investigate the tragedy that fractured their family, they uncover a past shaped by suppressed memories, guilt, and unresolved consequences. Meanwhile, Dante is pursued by Virgil, a spectral presence who acts as both guide and tormentor. Through a series of psychological trials, Virgil forces him to confront his distorted recollections, moral failures, and the truth of what happened in 2022. As past and present collide, Dante and his children must face their conflicting versions of the truth, and discover whether understanding it will bring forgiveness and redemption or cost them their sanity.

Opening against The End of Oak Street, this one will be fighting for the same weekend conversation.

It hits the big screen on August 11, 2026.

This trailer was made to be reacted to

Horror trailers are built for reaction cameras. The dread, the fake-out, the sting: your face does half the storytelling.

Theatrical releases are won in the weeks before opening night, and trailer reactions are where that energy starts. Yours can be part of it.

Be one of the first to react

Reaction clips for Inferno will appear here as Reactors share them. The Reactr recorder is free for creators: watch the trailer, record on camera or voice only, and the finished clip is yours to post on your own TikTok, Reels, or Shorts channel.

Inferno: quick answers

How do I record a Inferno trailer reaction?

Open the reaction recorder on your phone at reactr.gg/studio/inferno, choose camera or voice only, and press record while the trailer plays. Reactr captures your reaction and gives you a share-ready clip when the trailer ends. It is free.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Voice Reaction mode records your commentary with the microphone only: the camera stays off, no face is recorded, and you still get a share-ready clip for your channel.

When does Inferno come out?

Inferno is scheduled to open in US theaters on August 11, 2026. Dates can shift, so check back for updates.

Who stars in Inferno?

Jacob Huff, Nicholas DiMinno, Keira Legan, Julian Kullick and Ashton Gambil lead the cast, directed by Jacob Huff.

Is Reactr free?

Yes. Recording reaction clips on Reactr is free, with no paywall on the finished clip. You own your clip and can post it to TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or anywhere else. Reactr makes money from studios and sponsors, not from creators.
